Marcos visits father's grave at Libingan ng mga Bayani

President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Tuesday visited the grave of his father, former president Ferdinand Marcos Sr., at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Taguig City.

According to a report on "State of the Nation," Marcos made the visit shortly after attending the state funeral of former President Fidel Ramos, who was laid to rest today.

Marcos Sr. was buried at the Heroes' Cemetery in November 2016.

Established in 1947, the Libingan ng mga Bayani serves as a final resting place for former Philippine presidents, war veterans, notable government statesmen, dignitaries, and national artists.—Sundy Locus/LDF, GMA News
