FVR's urn placed inside casket ahead of burial

The urn containing the ashes of late President Fidel V. Ramos was transferred to a casket on Tuesday morning in preparation for his burial.

Ramos, who died at the age of 94, is set to be buried at the Libingan ng mga Bayani on Tuesday, August 9.

Malacañang earlier announced that Ramos will be accorded state funeral with full military honors on the same day. —Giselle Ombay/KBK, GMA News
