LTFRB opens registration for TNVS units; application period to run until June 17

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Tuesday opened the registration period for almost 8,000 units of Transport Network Vehicle Services (TNVS), which will run until June 17, 2022.

However, according to Nico Waje's Unang Balita report, the LTFRB would only accommodate up to 200 applicants per day, with applicants allowed to register only one vehicle.

The LTFRB will open 7,870 slots, with 7,000 slots allotted for the National Capital Region (NCR), 220 for Region III, 500 for Region V, and 150 for Region VI.

The LTFRB would also post a link on their Facebook page and website from which NCR applicants can avail of slots.

Applicants should register online on the LTFRB's system with their complete details and information.

Those who would pass the registration would be given a reference number or a confirmation e-mail that would include their preferred date and time of filing.

Applicants outside of Metro Manila would have to personally proceed to regional offices for their filing.

Applications are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applicants can register and book their appointments at https://cpc-ltfrb.com.ph. — Jamil Santos/DVM, GMA News
