9 out of 10 presidential candidates have confirmed their attendance for the second debate on April 3, 2022. They are, in alphabetical order of their surnames:

• Former Foreign Affairs undersecretary Ernesto Abella
• Labor leader Leody De Guzman
• Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso
• Senator Panfilo Lacson
• Former Defense secretary Norberto Gonzales
• Businessman Faisal Mangondato
• Physician Jose Montemayor, Jr.
• Senator Manny Pacquiao
• Vice President Leni Robredo

Presidential candidate Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. declined to join the first debate held last March 19 and will not join the second presidential debate as well.
