Baguio City and Puerto Princesa improved to moderate risk, while Naga and Santiago remained at moderate risk.
However, the OCTA data showed that Baguio City has a high average daily attack rate (ADAR) at 21.17 and a high positivity rate at 18%.
ADAR means a seven-day average number of new cases per 100,000 people, while positivity rate refers to the percentage of people who were found positive for COVID-19 among the total number of individuals tested, the OCTA said.
Naga and Puerto Princesa have a very high positivity rate at 28% and 49% respectively.
Meanwhile, Santiago has a high positivity rate at 12%.
