Isko-Willie Ong tandem to launch campaign at Kartilya ng Katipunan

The tandem of Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno and Dr. Willie Ong will hold their proclamation rally at Kartilya ng Katipunan on Tuesday, February 8.

The campaign kick off is expected to start at 4:30 in the afternoon. The Kartilya ng Katipunan is just near Manila City Hall. 

Moreno and Ong will be joined by senatorial candidates Joseph Peter "Jopet" Sison, Samira Gutoc, and Carl Balita. Both Moreno and Ong are running under the banner of Aksyon Demokratiko.

The proclamation rally will coincide with the 90-day campaign period for national candidates and party-list groups for the May elections.

Moreno's camp said health protocols outlined by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), which include proper social distancing and wearing of face masks, will be strictly observed during the event.  — Anna Felicia Bajo/RSJ, GMA News
