Mandaluyong to start inoculating senior citizens vs COVID-19


Mandaluyong City will start inoculating its senior citizens against the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) starting March 30, Tuesday, the city’s public information office said Monday.

In a Facebook post, the Mandaluyong City Public Information Office said those who registered through MandaVax will receive a call from the city health office for their schedule and venue of vaccination.

For validation, individuals may contact 0968-609-5405, 0915-497-2946, 0927-270-5229, 0919-524-5715 at 8532-5001 local 471 up to 480.

Meanwhile, those who have yet to register may do so at www.mandaluyong.gov.ph/vaccine/.

Under the government’s prioritization list, the vaccination rollout in the country will start with frontline health workers, followed by indigent senior citizens, persons with comorbidities, remaining senior citizens, remaining indigent population, and uniformed personnel.
