‘NEXT TIME NA LANG’

Duterte sits on motorcycle again but didn’t go for a ride

President Rodrigo Duterte, badly missing his hobby of going on motorcycle rides, mounts on them again but only while they are parked.

On Wednesday night, Senator Christopher "Bong" Go posted photos of the 75-year-old President while sitting on different motorcycles.

At least four bodyguards were supporting him, as captured in one of the photos.

"Beteranong rider si Tatay Digong! Sobrang miss na ni Tatay Digong ang pagmo-motor. Next time na lang daw!! samahan natin sya! Basta ingat parati!" Go said.

In September, Duterte also rode a motorcycle in a garage.

The President fell off from a motorcycle last year while inside Malacañang Complex. He sustained scrapes and bruises, and had to cut short his trip to Japan later because of severe back pain which his doctor said was a case of muscular spasm.

Despite numerous speculations about his health, Malacanang has said Duterte is "fit and healthy for a person his age." — Dona Magsino/RSJ, GMA News
