CRS outlets in NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal to be closed during MECQ —PSA

Civil Registration System outlets in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal will be closed while the modified enhanced community quarantine is in effect, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) announced Monday.

PSA Undersecretary Dennis Mapa said this will affect requests for copies of civil registry documents including birth, marriage, and death certificates as well as Certification of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) or Advisory on Marriage/s until August 18.

The PSA instructed the public to file applications for PSA-issued documents online at www.psaserbilis.com.ph.

“Please note, however, that processing and delivery of documents in areas under MECQ may take longer in view of reduced work force and limited transportation facilities,” Mapa said in an advisory.

The PSA said the following hotline numbers will be available for inquiries and requests for assistance via text message only from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays:
