Female cadet from Zamboanga tops PNPA Mandayug Class of 2020
A female cadet hailing from Zamboanga City dominated the latest Top 10 graduates of the Philippine National Police Academy.
Through a video post on Facebook, PNPA commandant of cadets Police Brigadier General Wilfredo Cayat bared the cadets who made it to the Top 10 of the PNPA Mandayug Class of 2020.
Fire Cadet Lei Anne Banico Palermo topped the 277 graduates, which include 194 male cadets and 83 female cadets. She will be receiving the plaque of merit for being the Top 1 as well as Presidential Kampilan and Chief, BFP Kampilan awards.
Those who completed the Top 10 include the following:
2. Jail Cadet Julius Caezar Panganiban Tarnate from Bagong Silang, Caloocan City
3. Police Cadet Zandra Gutierrez Tabar from Curuan, Zamboanga City
4. Fire Cadet Lindon Pariña Narvaza from Kidapawan City, North Cotabato
5. Jail Cadet Jerelyn Dacles Barua from Cuartero Capiz
6. Jail Cadet Irish Adrianne Guzman Gumaru from San Pablo, Isabela
7. Jail Cadet Enrico Rosario Reyes from San Carlos City, Pangasinan
8. Police Cadet Jose Leander Reyes Velasquez - Cebu City, Cebu
9. Police Cadet Lanie Rionda Mendoza - Ragay, Camarines Sur
10. Police Cadet Jessielito Lagarto Javier - Lucena City, Quezon Province
Of the total number of graduates, 202 will serve at the Philippine National Police, 59 at the Bureau of Fire Protection and 16 at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology.
The graduates will have a virtual graduation ceremony on May 22. —KBK, GMA News
