Gamboa appoints Sintin as new PNP Training Service director

Philippine National Police chief Police General Archie Francisco Gamboa on Friday designated Police Brigadier Gen. Alex Sintin as the new Director of the PNP Training Service. 

Sintin's promotion was part of the the latest reorganization at the national headquarters, following the mandatory retirement of senior officials of the 205,000-strong PNP.

Meanwhile, Police Brig. Gen. Daniel Mayoni will take over Sintin's position as the new Deputy Director of the Directorate for Information and Communication Technology Management (DICTM), the PNP said in a statement.

Meanwhile, former Public Information Office Deputy Chief, Police Colonel Honorio Agnila is the new Acting Executive Officer of the Directorate for Integrated Police Operations, Eastern Mindanao, while Police Col. John Mitchell Valencia Jamili is now the Acting Executive Officer of the DICTM.

Sintin belongs to the Philippine Military Class (PMA) “Bigkis Lahi” of 1990.

Agnila is a member of PMA Class “Sambisig” of 1991, while Mayoni is from the PNP Academy “Tagapamayapa” Class of 1990, the PNP said. -Jamil Santos/MDM, GMA News
