PNP announces reassignments effective February 3, 2020


The Philippine National Police has announced a reshuffle affecting some of its top officials, with changes and new designations taking effect by February 3, 2020.

In a general order dated January 30, 2020, Police Major General Lyndon G. Cubos, director for personnel and records management, issued a list of names of officials with their new designations:

  1. Police Brigadier General Rolando Fernandez Miranda is designated PNP's deputy director for personnel and records management;
  2. Police Brigadier General Rodolfo Santos Azurin Jr. is new PNP's director for maritime group;
  3. Police Brigadier General R'Win Sta. Ana Pagkalinawan is new acting regional director of the Cordillera Police Regional Office;
  4. Polie Colonel Conrado Rajarillo Gongon Jr. is acting executive officer, director for Integrated Police Operations, Western Mindanao; and
  5. Police Colonel Erson Udal Digal is designated as acting executive officer, Directorate of Human Resource & Doctrine Development.

Likewise, the following are also moved to new assignments:

  1. Police  Major General  Reynaldo Guban from DRD to Directorate for Personnel and Records Management;
  2. PMGEN Timoteo Cascon Pacleb from DIPO Visayas to Deputy General Director; and
  3. PBGEN Isrel Ephraim Taverner Dickson from PRO Cordillera to DIPO Visayas.
