Isko Moreno bares ‘security arrangements’ amid clearing of Manila

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno on Tuesday revealed his "security arrangements" as many expressed concern over his safety after he cleared Divisoria and Quiapo of illegal vendors and, in effect, stopped the multi-million-peso racket of protecting them.

Asked about his security arrangements, Moreno reached into his shirt and revealed a crucifix necklace. He also showed his rosary bracelet.

“Pinagpapasa-Diyos ko,” Moreno said, when asked about the possible threats to his life.

Moreno had earlier bared an attempt to bribe him with P5 million per day just to maintain the status quo with vendors. —NB, GMA News
