GSIS president Clint Aranas resigns
Jesus Clint Aranas, president and general manager of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has resigned, according to a report by Nimfa Ravelo on Super Radyo dzBB.
The resignation was confirmed by lawyer Percival Flores—Aranas’ chief of staff. It added that Aranas is expected to make a formal announcement within the day.

“Yes, it was submitted today,” GSIS vice president for Corporate Communications Marge Jorillo told GMA News Online.
The GSIS official said Aranas cited “personal reasons” for his resignation.
Aranas was appointed to GSIS in 2017. He previously served as deputy commission of the Bureau of Internal Revenue. —With Ted Cordero/LDF/VDS, GMA News
