Man with no hands proudly shows off indelible ink after voting

Despite having no hands, a man was sure to cast his vote during the midterm polls in Davao on Monday.

The Commission on Elections had earlier assured that there would be stations for persons with disabilities and senior citizens, and that there would also be support staff to aid them. —JCB, GMA News
