Nikki Teodoro takes oath as envoy to UNICEF

Monica “Nikki” Prieto-Teodoro, who was appointed as special envoy of President Rodrigo Duterte to the United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef), has taken her oath on Monday the Philippine Embassy in UK posted on its Twitter account.

The oath was administered by Ambassador Antonio Lagdameo.

Teodoro is the wife of former defense secretary Gilberto Teodro and once served as a
