Exclusive video of arrested Indonesian Maute fighter in Marawi

Indonesian Muhammad Ilham Syahputra, 22, who allegedly joined the Maute group in attacking Marawi City, was arrested on Wednesday morning. He initially claimed to be a part of the military intelligence, but later on admitted that he was a Maute fighter who had a brush with the military in Piagapo town in Lanao del Sur before.

Syahputra said he escaped the war zone by killing his two companions. —KBK, GMA News
