Muntinlupa court orders De Lima detained at Camp Crame — lawyer
The Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court has ordered the detention of Senator Leila de Lima at the Philippine National Police Custodial Center inside Camp Crame in Quezon City.
De Lima's legal counsel, Alex Padilla, said Judge Juanita Guerrero of the Muntinlupa RTC Branch 204's commitment order indicated that his client should be brought to the PNP headquarters.
"Tinanggap na 'yung return (of arrest), may commitment order sa PNP Custodial Center," Padilla told reporters outside the Muntinlupa court.
"Yun naman ang in-offer, I think okay naman, pinangako naman, so wala namang problema 'yan," he added.

The senator was brought back around noon to Camp Crame, where a memorandum for her transfer to the PNP Custodial Center was made.
Earlier in the day, De Lima underwent booking procedures at the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group at Camp Crame in Quezon City. The senator was then brought to Muntinlupa and was presented to the court for the return of her warrant.

De Lima's co-accused in the drug-related charges, her former bodyguard-driver Ronnie Dayan and former Bureau of Corrections chief Rafael Ragos, are expected to undergo the same procedure.
No aircon but safe, dignified
A source earlier told GMA News Online the detention cell where De Lima would be held has no airconditioning unit but it has an electric fan.
The cell also has its own comfort room. He described the detention cell is "dignified, decent, safe, and secured."
The source refused to give further details on the detention cell due to security reasons.
De Lima will be the only female inmate at the Philippine National Police Custodial Center if the court decides to detain her there.
At present, there are 25 inmates detained at the Custodial Center including former senators Jinggoy Estrada and Ramon Bong Revilla. All of them are male.
