Duterte's communications group urges netizens: Be a #PartnerForChange

The Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Office (PCDSPO) urged netizens to be a #PartnerForChange as President Rodrigo Duterte took his oath of office before noon Thursday.

In a tweet, the PCDSPO encouraged Filipino netizens to tweet with the hashtag to receive a personal message from the newly-inaugurated President.

Change is here! Use the hashtag #PartnerForChange to receive a personal message from #PresidentDuterte himself.

The message reads: “Be a partner for change. Let us build a better Philippines, together.”
