Loren Legarda, hubby call it quits - report

Former senator and broadcast journalist Loren Legarda has separated from businessman Jose Antonio Leviste, a newspaper reported Thursday. Legarda, who lost in the 2004 vice-presidential race to fellow TV broadcaster Noli de Castro, has two children with Leviste, a former provincial governor. It was the second marriage for both Legarda and Leviste. "I have been sustained by my strong faith in God and the support of family, friends, even my yaya (nanny)," Legarda was quoted as saying by the Philippine Star. According to the report, Legarda categorically denied that she has a boyfriend. She also said she was not thinking of remarrying. (She never said 'never', though, the news item said.) Legarda is launching today at the Manila Polo Club her coffeetable book titled "The Story of Loren Legarda: Her Legacy and Vision". - GMANews.TV
