1 hurt, P1.2M properties damaged in Sta. Ana fire
One person was injured while P1.2 million worth of properties were damaged in a fire that broke out in a residential area in Sta. Ana, Manila Thursday morning.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the incident occurred along A. Francisco Street, Barangay 790, Zone 85, Sta. Ana, Manila, involving a two-storey house.
The fire started at the second floor of the house around 10:53 a.m. It reached the third alarm by 11:09 a.m. and was declared out by BFP at 11:50 a.m.
A 27-year old resident suffered minor burns in both arms.
Nine houses were totally destroyed while five were partially damaged.
More or less 14 families or 70 individuals were affected by the fire.
