According to Sam Nielsen’s Super Radyo DzBB report on Monday, there are taxi drivers at the PITX who overcharge passengers for at least P200 for relatively nearby destinations such as Baclaran or Star City.
The public could send their complaints to the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board with the taxi details, such as vehicle markings, plate number and time of the incident.
As of 2 p.m., at least 60,000 passengers flocked to PITX a day before New Year’s Eve.#BantayBiyahe: (As of 2:00 pm) Bilang ng mga pasaherong dumating sa Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) ngayong araw, aabot na sa 60,000. | via @dzbbsamnielsen pic.twitter.com/yhmqNLfFgW

Nielsen reported that this number was lower than last year since some travelers opted to stay and celebrate Christmas and New Year at their destinations.
The public may dial LTFRB’s 24/7 hotline number 1342 or send their complaints to complaints@ltfrb.gov.ph.
They may also visit LTFRB website to fill out a complaint form.
