San Juan City declares half-day work in gov’t offices on December 23


The San Juan City government announced a half-day work suspension in all city government offices on Monday, December 23, 2024, to allow employees time to prepare for the Christmas celebrations.

“I  hereby declare a half-day work suspension today, December 23, 2024, in all offices under the City Government of San Juan, Metro Manila,  pursuant to Executive Order No. FMZ-186, Series of 2024,” Mayor Francis  Zamora stated in a Facebook post.

“This is to give all employees time to be with their families in preparation for Christmas Day,” the mayor added.

Meanwhile, Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24, has been declared a special non-working holiday, while Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25,  remains a regular holiday. — DVM, GMA Integrated News
