Fires hit Las Piñas college, residential area in Tondo

A fire broke out in a college in Barangay Pamplona Tres, Las Piñas City on Monday morning, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region (BFP-NCR).

In an update, the BFP-NCR said the blaze in Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Memorial College - Doña Manuela Satellite Campus started around 8:15 a.m.

The fire reached the second alarm around 8:30 a.m. and declared under control around 8:52 a.m.

The BFP said the fire was put out at 9:03 a.m.

Another fire hit a residential area in Brgy 128, Balut, Tondo, Manila.

The blaze reached first alarm at 8:52 a.m. and second alarm at 9 a.m.

It was declared under control at 9:51 a.m. and fire out at 11:12 a.m.—Joviland Rita/AOL, GMA Integrated News
