2 dead in residential fire in Novaliches

Two persons died in a residential fire in Barangay Gulod, Novaliches on Thursday afternoon.

According to a report from Saksi, the fire started at around 5 p.m. and reached the second alarm.

The blaze destroyed or damaged 10 houses, displacing over 20 families.

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire.

Meanwhile, another fire was reported in the town of Gumaca in Quezon at around 9 p.m. on Thursday

According to the Gumaca Municipal Disaster and Risk Reduction Office, the fire started from a large warehouse.
