QC to hold pre-emptive evacuations due to Pepito

Pre-emptive evacuation has been implemented in selected Barangays in Quezon City ahead of the possible impact of Super Typhoon Pepito.

In an advisory on Saturday, the Quezon City Local Government said that the following flood-prone barangays in the city will implement pre-emptive evacuations:

District 1 

Brgy. Masambong

Brgy. Del Monte

Brgy. Sto. Domingo

Brgy. Talayan

Brgy. Damayan

Brgy. Mariblo

District 2

Brgy. Bagong Silangan

District 4

Brgy. Tatalon

Brgy. Damayang Lagi

Brgy. Roxas

District 6

Brgy. Apolonio Samson

The local government also encouraged other flood-prone barangays in the city to implement evacuations to avoid any casualties during the typhoon.
