2 public hospitals in Manila at full capacity

The emergency rooms and wards of two public hospitals in the City of Manila were at full capacity on Sunday, according to the Manila Public Information Office (PIO).

In an advisory, the Manila PIO said that the Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center and Gat Andres Bonifacio Medical Center had limited space, and asked new patients to consider going to other public hospitals in the city for their medical needs.

(While the two hospitals are still providing services, we deeply apologize for the limited space for new patients.)

(We encourage you to get checked at other public hospitals in the City of Manila. Thank you for understanding.)

Other government and city-run hospitals in Manila include the Philippine General Hospital, Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, Sta. Ana Hospital, Ospital ng Tondo, and Justice Abad Santos General Hospital, among others. —Giselle Ombay/KBK, GMA Integrated News
