MMDA to file complaint vs. SUV driver who made U-turn over center island
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority will file complaint against an SUV driver who made an illegal U-turn over a center island in Quezon City on Tuesday.
According to the MMDA, the incident occurred at 8:30 a.m. in the EDSA Aurora underpass.
A video posted by the agency on X showed the vehicle, which was in the middle southbound lane, move to the left lane then go over the center island into oncoming traffic, completing a U-turn before driving away.

The MMDA said the SUV's plate number has been identified.
"Alinsunod sa direktiba ni MMDA Chairman Atty. Don Artes, maghahain ng reklamo ang ahensiya sa Land Transportation Office upang mapatawan ng kaukulang parusa ang naturang SUV driver.
"Paalala ng MMDA: malaking panganib ang maling diskarte sa kalsada. Sumunod sa umiiral na batas trapiko," it said.
