Power interruptions in parts of Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna on Sept. 11-16

Parts of Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna will experience power service interruptions from September 11 to 16 due to scheduled maintenance activities.

In advisories posted on its website, Manila Electric Company (Meralco) said there will be line reconstruction works along Bagong Farmers Ave. in Bgy. Tumana, Marikina City from September 11 to 12.

Affected between 11:30 p.m., Wednesday, and 4:30 a.m., Thursday, are:

• Along Bagong Farmers Ave. from J. P. Rizal St. to Tumana Bridge including the whole of Bgy. Tumana.
• Portion of Camia, Milflores, Dama De Noche, Jasmine, Rosas and Cattleya Sts. in Twinville 1 Subd., Bgy. Concepcion Uno.

Installation and replacement of facilities, and line reconductoring works will be conducted along E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave. (C-5) East Service Road in Bgy. Bagong Ilog, Pasig City from September 11 to 12.

Affected between 11 p.m., Wednesday, and 5 a.m., Thursday, are:

• Portion of E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave. (C-5) East Service Road from near Sta. Rosa de Lima St. to near Corporal Cruz St. including PLDT and BPI.

Meralco will be upgrading facilities along Coloong 1 Road in Bgy. Coloong, Valenzuela City on September 12.

Affected between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. are:

• Portion of Coloong 1 Road from near M. H. Del Pilar St. to and including Coloong Pumping Station, DWBL Transmission Tower, South China Technologies Inc.; and Puso St.

It will also be installing facilities along Pagkabuhay Road in Bgy. Bagbag, Quezon City from September 12 to 13.

Affected between 11 p.m., Thursday, and 4 a.m., Friday, are:

• Portion of Pagkabuhay Road from near Quirino Highway to Capricorn Ave. including Isaac St. in Goodwill Townhomes Subd.
• Portion of Capricorn Ave. from Pagkabuhay Road to and including Noemi, Ruth, Esther, Mark, Matthew, John, Abraham, Esau, Job, Isaiah, Peter, Ezra, Moses, Ezekiel, Joshua, Enoch, Judah, James, Jonas, Joel, Jeremiah, Jasmin, Daniel, David, Saul, Noah and Luke Sts. in Goodwill Homes 2 Subd.; Pisces, Libra, Scorpio, Virgo, Aquarius, Gemini, Aries and Taurus Sts. in Goodwill Townhomes Subd.

There will be line reconstruction works and installation of facilities along Epifanio Delos Santos Ave. (EDSA) in Pasay City on September 12.

Affected between 12:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. are:

• Portion of Epifanio Delos Santos Ave. (EDSA) Northbound Lane from Malibay Bridge to near Aurora Blvd. including Lakambini Hotel in Pasay City.

Affected between 2 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. are:

• Portion of Epifanio Delos Santos Ave. (EDSA) Northbound Lane from Aurora Blvd. to Taft Ave. including C. Cruz and Don Carlos Revilla Sts.; Chowking, McDonalds, Hotel Sogo EDSA Harrison Pasay, Giselle's Park Plaza and Grand 99 Hotel in Pasay City.
• Portion of Taft Ave. Ext. from Epifanio Delos Santos Ave. (EDSA) Northbound Lane in Pasay City to Quirino Ave. in Baclaran, Parañaque City including F. There will be installation of poles and line reconductoring works along Pasong Buaya II Road in Bgy. Pasong Buaya II, Imus City, Cavite on September 13.

Affected between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. are:

• Portion of Pasong Buaya II Road from Prince of Peace Conservative Baptist Church to and including Midnight Drag Garage in Bgy. Pasong Buaya II.

Meralco will be conducting replacement of poles and line reconductoring works along GSIS Road in Bgy. Molino III, Bacoor City, Cavite on September 14.

Affected between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. are:

• Portion of GSIS Road from near San Roque Supermarket to GSIS Bridge including Alta Homes Sunnydale Subd. and Premiere Ice Plant in Bgy. Molino III.

There will be replacement of poles, line reconductoring, and repair works along Lambakin Road in Bgy. Lambakin, San Miguel, Bulacan on September 15.

Affected between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. are:

• Portion of Lambakin Road from Lambakin – Malibay Road to near Lambakin – Bardias Bridge including Lambakin Elementary School in Bgy. Lambakin.

Repair works will also be conducted inside Meralco – Silang substation on September 15.

Affected between 12:30 a.m. and 1 a.m. and then between 7 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. are:

• Portion of Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo Highway from near Eurotiles in Bgy. Meralco will be replacing lightning protection devices along Manila South Road in Bgy. Dila, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna and conducting line reconstruction works affected by road widening project along F. Reyes St. in Bgy. Balibago, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna from September 15 to 16.

Affected between 5 a.m. and 5:30 a.m., Sunday, and then between 5:30 a.m. and 6 a.m., Monday, are:

• Nestle Philippines Inc. along Cabuyao – Sta. Rosa National Highway (Manila South Road) in Bgy. Niugan.
• Asia Brewery Inc. along Cabuyao – Sta. Rosa National Highway (Manila South Road) in Bgy. Sala.
