4 hurt in 7-vehicle pileup in QC

Four persons were hurt after seven vehicles figured in a traffic accident along the southbound lane of Mindanao Avenue in Quezon City on Monday night.

According to a report in Saksi, initial investigation showed that a truck hit a tanker, which then caused the multiple collision of smaller vehicles.

The resulting pileup caused heavy traffic in the area.

Quezon City Police District’s Traffic Sector 6 has already towed some of the vehicles involved in the accident in order to normalize traffic flow on the busy thoroughfare.—Vince Angelo Ferreras/RF, GMA Integrated News
