Floods cause heavy traffic at SLEX
Heavy traffic conditions were reported at the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) on Sunday afternoon, caused by flooding in the area due to the thunderstorms.
The congestion was reported mostly along the Muntinlupa Cavite Expressway (MCX) or Susana Heights, as seen on videos captured by motorists traversing the area.
Traffic conditions were heavy most of the afternoon on Sunday and have remained heavy at the Southwoods Area as of 7:56 p.m.
