Ambulance, motorcycles receive tickets after passing EDSA busway

An ambulance and some motorcycles were caught using the EDSA busway at the Santolan Station in Quezon City on Tuesday morning.

The Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation (SAICT) issued a violation ticket to the ambulance driver who was going back to Angono, Rizal after transporting a patient to Quezon City, according to a report of GMA Integrated News’ James Agustin on Dobol B TV.

Just 15 minutes into the operation, enforcers apprehended eight motorcycles which entered the EDSA busway.

Some of them said they used the EDSA busway because they were rushing to go to work while some pointed out that they did not enter the said lane.
