LIST: Flooded areas in Metro Manila on Wednesday, July 24, 2024

Several areas in Metro Manila were flooded on Wednesday due to heavy rains brought about by Typhoon Carina and the Southwest Monsoon.

According to various tweets by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, the following areas were flooded:

Quezon City

Mindanao Avenue-Congressional Ave westbound: half-knee deep as of 10:40 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles

Commonwealth-Pearl Drive eastbound: 3 ft. deep as of 9:26 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles

Quezon Avenue-Capitol Medical Center westbound and eastbound: Knee deep as of 9:24 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles

A. Bonifacio Balintawak Cloverleaf northbound: Above knee deep as of 8:32 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles

C5 Katipunan-C.P. Garcia southbound: Knee-deep as of 8:24 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles

EDSA-Dario Bridge northbound: Above knee-deep as of 8:41 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles

EDSA-Balintawak northbound: Above knee-deep as of 8:41 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles

C5 Katipunan-Ateneo Gate 3 northbound: Above knee-deep as of 8:55 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles

Elliptical Road-Visayas Avenue-D.A.R.: Knee-deep as of 8:56 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles.
