LRT1 resumes full ops after technical issue at Baclaran Station resolved
The Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT1) resumed full operations on Sunday morning after personnel were able to resolve a technical issue reported at the Baclaran Station.
"As of 7:32AM, July 21, 2024. LRT-1 has resumed full operations from Baclaran to Fernando Poe Jr. Station and vice versa. Ingat po sa biyahe!" the Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC), private operator of the LRT1, said in a post on X.
On Saturday night, the LRT1 ran on partial operations, providing train services only from Baclaran Station to Monumento Station and vice versa, LRMC said.
No train service was offered from FPJ Station in Quezon City to Monumento Station as LRMC's technical team worked on repairing the train fault and catenary system at the Baclaran Station.
LRMC apologized to the riding public for the inconvenience. —KG, GMA Integrated News
