Fire hits shopping mall in Parañaque City


A fire broke out inside a mall in Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City on Wednesday evening, according to the report of Jamie Santos on "State of the Nation."

The Bureau of Fire Protection raised the fire alarm to second alarm at 9:54 p.m. and was declared under control after one hour.

Meanwhile, a fire volunteer suffered a minor injury.

The BFP declared a fire out by 10:34 p.m. and are currently conducting a mopping up operation at the site.

The BFP is investigating the cause of the fire and the cost of damage. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
