Davao Raid

NBI also arrested three individuals for selling counterfeit essential oils in Davao City on July 3.

In a separate statement, NBI said a marketing company illegally distributes and sells products under the complainant’s registered mark.

A laboratory analysis showed that the counterfeit essential oils failed in odor, specific gravity, and assay.

The three individuals were arrested after they delivered 300 pieces of 10-millimeter bottles of counterfeit essential oils to the poseur buyer.

They were presented for inquest proceedings before the Davao City Prosecutor’s Office for violating RA 8293. —Mariel Celine Serquiña/ VAL, GMA Integrated News
