Parts of Bacoor, Las Piñas to experience water interruption Thursday

Some parts of Bacoor, Cavite, and Las Piñas City will experience water service interruption from 3 p.m. until 11 p.m. on Thursday due to raw water quality issues in Laguna Lake, Maynilad Water Services, Inc. said. 

In an advisory, the west zone concessionaire advised residents from the following areas of the possible delay in the resumption of water services: 

Bacoor City, Cavite 

• Molino II to Molino IV
• Molino VII
• Pasong Buaya I 
• Pasong Buaya II 
• Queens Row Central 
• Queens Row East 
• Queens Row West
• San Nicholas III

Las Piñas City 

• Almanza Uno
• Pilar 
• Talon Dos
• Talon Singko 

Maynilad explained that the delay in the resumption of services could be due to several factors such as the area’s elevation, distance from the pumping stations, and the volume of withdrawal from the mainlines.—Vince Angelo Ferreras/AOL, GMA Integrated News
