C5 Quirino Flyover extension is now open

The C5 Quirino Flyover extension in Las Piñas City is now open for motorists, according to a Super Radyo dzBB report by Mao dela Cruz.

The flyover extension has two lanes. Its construction started in September 2022 to serve as an alternative route going to Coastal Road.

The newly-opened flyover extension is expected to ease the traffic in the area and let motorists have a safer trip, particularly along Sucat and Coastal Road. 

Senators Cynthia Villar and Mark Villar, along with Department of Public Works and Highways officials led the opening on Wednesday.—Sherylin Untalan/AOL, GMA Integrated News
