Broken-hearted woman throws slipper at passing cars

A 27-year-old woman was arrested after she threw her slipper at passing cars on a street in Quezon City.

According to James Agustin's report on "24 Oras," the woman was caught on CCTV video apparently drunk as she harassed the motorists in Barangay Project 6.

The woman became more aggressive after barangay officers who responded to the situation apprehended her.

One of the arresting officers was kicked while the woman was being taken into a tricycle.

“‘Yung isang BPSO po natin kaniyang nasaktan, at ‘yung isa rin pong kagawad, nakagat po niya sa tagiliran at sa braso,” Police Major Octavio Ingles Jr. said.

(She hurt one of our BPSO, and she also bit a kagawad on the side and the arm.)

The victim said she was drunk because her lover broke up with her. 

“Sobrang lasing ko sir, wala na po ako sa huwisyo,” the woman said.

(I was so drunk sir, I was out of my mind.)

“Hindi ko na talaga matandaan ‘yung mga nangyari… Humihingi po talaga ako ng pasensya, talagang sobrang pagsisisi ko,” she added.
