The Philippine National Police-Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) confirmed that its spokesperson, Michelle Sabino, has been relieved from her post following a controversial vlog during a raid of a lending firm in Makati.

"Yes po, pending investigation po [ang case]," PNP spokesperson Police Colonel Jean Fajardo told GMA Integrated News on Friday.

Sabino's removal came after the October 20 raid that vlogger Rendon Labador aired in his Facebook Live.

Families of the employees shown in the vlog complained against Labador. The PNP said his presence compromised police standard operating procedures.

Sabino had said the PNP-ACG has collaboration with Labador, which explains his presence in the raid.

According to a DZBB report by Glen Juego, PNP-ACG director Brigadier General Sidney Hernia announced that Sabino will be focusing on administrative duties while investigation on the matter is ongoing.
