PH Ports Authority suspends trips due to Typhoon Betty

The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) on Sunday announced the suspension of several trips, due to inclement weather conditions brought about by Typhoon Betty (international name: Mawar).
In separate advisories, the PPA announced the suspension of the following trips on May 28, 2023:
- MV RMLC Ferry 1 - Baseport Legazpi to Rapu-Rapu, Albay
- MV RRBTC Baseport - Legazpi to Rapu-Rapu, Albay
- MV Virgen de Peñafrancia III - San Pascual, Masbate to Pasacao, Camarines Sur
- Seen Sam Shipping Inc LCT 1038 - Banago Port to Dumangas
Betty entered the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) early Saturday morning, with 12 areas currently under the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) 1. —LBG, GMA Integrated News
