50 families affected in Navotas City fire

There are about 50 families who were displaced by the early morning fire that hit Barangay San Roque in Navotas City, Allan Gatus reported on Super Radyo DZBB on Tuesday.

About 20 houses were affected by the fire that was raised to second alarm.

Some residents said the fire spread quickly because the houses were so close together.

According to the Navotas Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, the fire started in the house where a candle was left unattended.
