Vhong Navarro’s wife Tanya stands by him, fears transfer to city jail

Tanya Navarro emotionally addressed a statement to the media after visiting her husband, Vhong Navarro at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) detention center.

According to "24 Oras" report, Tanya fears that her husband would be transferred to the Taguig City Jail because of a possible threat to his life.

"Vhong was very consistent sa kwento niya since day one. Sa mga documents o sa kung ano mang ebidensya na binigay namin, so hindi ko alam kung anong nakikita nilang probable cause," said Tanya.

"I'm just being strong for Vhong," she added.

She said their camp would fight to the end because they were confident Vhong would win the case. —Sherylin Untalan/NB, GMA News
