2 separate fires break out in Manila

Two separate fire incidents were reported in Manila on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO).

In a report, the DRRMO said the fire that hit a residential area on Villafojas Street in Tondo reached the first alarm at 4:26 p.m. and the second alarm at 4:36 p.m.

As of 5:43 p.m., the fire has been put under control.

Meanwhile, the second fire incident affected a residential area in Barangay 773 in San Andres Bukid.

The fire reached the second alarm at 5:08 p.m. and was declared under control at 6:26 p.m.
