Fire hits residential area in Baseco Compound in Manila

A fire broke out in a residential area in Baseco Compound at Port Area, Manila before noon Tuesday, the Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region said.

The Manila Fire District said the blaze was out to first alarm at 11:24 a.m. and reached second alarm at 11:30 a.m.

The BFP-NCR raised the alarm early for firefighters to immediately respond to the situation, according to a Super Radyo dzBB report by Manny Vargas.—Jamil Santos/AOL, GMA News
