Fire hits commercial area in Quiapo, Manila
Fire broke out in a commercial area in Quiapo, Manila early Sunday afternoon, a radio report said.
Citing information from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Super Radyo dzBB's Sam Nielsen said the fire that hit a commercial center along Carlos Palanca Street in Quiapo reached the second alarm at 1:49 p.m., and reached the 3rd alarm at 2:33 p.m.
An update from the BFP added that the fire reached the 4th alarm at 4:19 p.m. and was finally controlled at 6:58 p.m. The BFP declared the fire out at 9:24 p.m.
Earlier, the BFP said the fire also hit a warehouse stocking cellphone, electronic bike supplies, and fabric.

The BFP estimated the fire's damage to property at P20,000,000.
There were no reported fatalities or injuries from the fire.
Bacoor, Cavite fire
Meanwhile, Super Radyo dzBB's Ralph Obina reported another fire incident in a residential area in Barangay Salinas, Bacoor, Cavite.
The Bacoor Disaster Risk and Management Office said the fire reached first alarm at 12:50 p.m. and firefighters declared a fire out by 1 p.m.
