16-year-old PWD dead in fire that hit vulcanizing shop in Valenzuela
A 16-year-old person with disability died after he was trapped when fire hit a vulcanizing shop in Valenzuela City before dawn on Saturday.
The PWD was trapped in his room located above the vulcanizing shop in Barangay Ugong, according to a tweet by GMA News reporter Nico Waje.

The first alarm was raised at 2:50 a.m. when the fire at the vulcanizing shop on Mindanao Avenue was reported, the Valenzuela City Command, Control and Communication Center said on Twitter.
The fire also hit the junk shop next to it, Waje said.
Firemen were able to bring the fire under control at 3:33 a.m., then finally put out at 4:19 a.m.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire and extent of damage. —KG, GMA News
