Valenzuela to reimplement truck ban starting December 6


The Valenzuela local government will reimpose a truck ban covering  the city's major roads for certain hours of the day from Monday to Saturday.

Super Radyo dzBB's Luisito Santos reported Sunday that truck ban hours will be from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Main roads and streets covered by the ban include:

  • McArthor Highway,
  • M.H. del Pilar Street,
  • Governor Santiago Road,
  • P. Santiago Street,
  • Paso del Blas,
  • Maysan Road,
  • General P. De Leon,
  • East Service Road from Karuhatan up to NLEX,
  • Que Grande,
  • A. Mariano,
  • Tatalong Ugong,
  • Sapang Bakaw,
  • General Luis, and
  • Galas Bignay Exit

Meanwhile, truck ban hours from Bisig Road until Tagalag Road starts from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., and  3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Covered by the ban are trucks weighing 4,500 kilograms and above, in according with the city ordinance. —LBG, GMA News
