People trapped inside Mandaluyong building rescued
All employees trapped inside the building that was under construction in Mandaluyong City and was hit by fire on Thursday morning have already been evacuated.
According to a report on "24 Oras News Alert," a fire hit the 27th floor of Mega Tower in Barangay Highway Hills at around 10:26 a.m. and was declared under control at 1:52 p.m. The fire was declared out at 3:50 p.m.

The Bureau of Fire Protection said five people sustained minor injuries.
The Philippine Air Force said a total of 96 civilians were rescued from the building.
In a statement, SM Investments Corp., the developer of Mega Tower, said everyone in the building was safely evacuated and given immediate medical attention.
