50 houses, warehouse damaged in Muntinlupa fire

About 50 houses were engulfed in fire in Barangay Cupang, Muntinlupa City early Wednesday morning, GMA News' James Agustin reported on Unang Balita.

A warehouse was also damaged and about 250 residents were affected.

Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) personnel declared the fire has reached second alarm in Purok 2 Aquino Compound around 1 a.m. and was put under control around 4 a.m.

The BFP reported that initial cost of damage has reached about P1.3 million. -- BAP, GMA News
